A meter-mix truck (also called a volumetric concrete truck) is a truck that carries the raw materials for concrete and mixes them on site as you need. Unlike a ready mix truck it has separate compartments for Cement,Sand,Stone and Water.
The truck uses chains and an auger to combine the materials for the proper mix.

The difference in concrete PSI is its compressive strength. Like how much weight the concrete can handle before it cracks or fails. PSI stands for pounds per square inch.
